Why is it all Joules pubs are so good? This one certainly does not disappoint apart from the understandable 4:00 pm opening on a Thursday afternoon. Only the two cask ales on today but the Blonde ale is such an easy drinker. Well worth a visit if only to read up about the history of the place – a truly impressive building. More
Went to see a number of the acts as part of Focus Wales. A large antelope head dominates the bar area near where the performance area. Great beers, great atmosphere and sound.
