Tea and scone was delicious, but the clotted cream was too cold and hard/clumpy. Made it hard to spread over the scone. Also, the interior of the cafe did not match the description – very sparsely decorated with circus-like decor. Despite the cream being hard, there was the proper amount of jam/cream to scone ratio.
