Visited in January, considering the wet, windy and cold weather, the cafe was busy. Service was slow due to number of people, but staff were very friendly. Hot chocolate and Portuguese tarts were delicious and made the wait worthwhile. We sat outside at one of the many tables with our dog Luca. More
