While the shop itself is lovely. I was incredibly disappointed with the ‘play barn’. The customer service was poor and there was a noticeable lack of effort to create a welcoming or positive enviroment. Most upsetting was the complete disregard for the childrens feelings. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
