.missed out one of our orders but when we rang to inform them very poor attitude didn’t want to rectify and no apology or refund. Curry’s are ok but there are plenty of other options in Morecambe so will not be using them again. A simple apology would have surfised… customer service is poor Hope they take this feed back on board
Food is good, but customer service was awful. Had an item missing, when I rang to inform them , they didn’t want to take responsibility. A simple apology would of sufficed. So …Will go and take my custom somewhere else. Service does matter.
