Waited around for a good 5 mins as nobody was at the desk, no one welcoming you, hardly any staff around. If your late for your slot they take the time out of your booking. Maintenance was working on a screen replacement so all the lights were on. I mean do that out of hours haha what the hell? For 2 games you get 1 hour max.
